How It Works

This procedure involves removing any remaining teeth, placing 4-6 implants per arch, and attaching a low-profile bridge to those implants. The implants are strategically positioned at specific angles to avoid the sinuses, which eliminates the need for expensive bone grafts and long recovery times.

Our doctor has refined the traditional All-On-4 procedure by customizing it based on their expertise and understanding, leading to better outcomes for patients. We conduct a thorough evaluation of each case and personalize the treatment to fit the patient's unique anatomy. The doctor will place 4 to 6 implants per arch, and temporary fixed bridges will be attached while the implants integrate with the jawbone and the mouth heals. Once healing is complete, the doctor and lab technician will design your final teeth using zirconia, a material that is significantly stronger than typical acrylic denture teeth found at other practices. Zirconia also offers a more natural and lifelike appearance, is easier to maintain, and resists staining. As a result, your new teeth will have a longer lifespan and a superior aesthetic compared to the acrylic/titanium hybrid bridges commonly offered elsewhere.

Am I a Candidate?

Most patients, including those who have been told they lack enough bone for dental implants, can still undergo this procedure. To avoid the sinuses and make use of the strongest bone, your doctor will strategically place a combination of straight and angled implants. This approach typically eliminates the need for expensive and time-consuming sinus augmentation bone grafts. During your complimentary consultation, your doctor will perform a thorough evaluation to determine if All-On-4, also known as "Teeth in a Day," is the right option for you.

All-On-4 Cost

The pricing includes all extractions, unlimited implants, temporary fixed teeth, and permanent fixed teeth, ensuring a comprehensive solution for your full-mouth restoration.
  • We offer the best pricing in the area, ensuring exceptional results thanks to our expert dentist who oversees every step of the procedure, along with our experienced in-house dental lab technician. Together, they have successfully completed this procedure many times.
  • When it comes to your smile, we've got you covered! Our skilled dentist and in-house lab technician will collaborate to give you the beautiful smile you've always dreamed of. Unlike other practices that use acrylic denture teeth on titanium bars, we use zirconia, which offers superior aesthetics, durability, and stain resistance. While upgrading to these high-quality materials can be costly elsewhere, at Dr. R Kaur Family Dentistry, it’s all included in our standard package.

All-On-4 Procedure Timeline

The procedure typically takes 4-6 hours, depending on whether you’re having a single arch (upper or lower) treated or both arches (full mouth). When you leave our office, your temporary bridge(s) will be securely attached to your new implants. You will wear these temporary bridges for about 4 months, giving your implants time to integrate with your bone while your gums and jaws heal into a stable, long-term position. This healing period ensures the best possible fit for your final bridges.

After this healing time, we will begin crafting your final bridges, which will take a few appointments over a 5-6 week period. During these visits, you’ll collaborate with us to design the perfect smile for your permanent teeth.

1

Mouth Impressions

The lab uses these materials to create your temporary implant bridge(s). If you're missing all or most of the teeth in the arch being treated, your doctor may recommend a wax try-in. This is a mock-up of your temporary implant bridge, which will be used to assess the bite position, aesthetics, and other factors to ensure the best fit and appearance.
2

Procedure

The procedure involves removing any remaining teeth (if necessary), placing the implants, and installing temporary implant bridge(s). The entire process typically takes between 4-7 hours.
3

Post Op #1

Day After the Procedure: We'll check your healing progress and address any questions or concerns you may have.
4

Post Op #2

3 Weeks After the Procedure: We will remove sutures, check your healing progress, and typically clear you to begin using a water flosser/WaterPik at this appointment.
5

Impressions for Final Teeth

4 Months After the Procedure: We'll assess the integration of your implants with the jawbone, ensure proper healing, and begin planning for your permanent teeth.
6

Try In

5-10 Days After Impressions: We will try in a mock-up of your final teeth. In some cases, multiple wax try-ins may be required to ensure the perfect fit and appearance. It's important that you are completely satisfied with the wax try-ins before we proceed, as once they are processed, no changes can be made. If you decide to make any changes to your bridge(s) after approval and fabrication, a full-cost remake charge will apply.
7

Seat Final Teeth

Once you approve your wax try-in(s), it usually takes 4-6 weeks for your bridge or bridges to be ready for placement.
